How your enquiry details are used
This page explains what happens to the information you send through the enquiry form on this website.
Who I am
This website is run by Refine & Connect. You can contact me about your information at hello@refineandconnect.com.
What the form collects
Only what you type into it:
- your name and email address;
- your business name, if you choose to give it;
- your message;
- how you would like me to reply;
- a phone number, only if you ask for a phone or WhatsApp reply.
Why it is needed
I use these details to read your enquiry and reply to you by the method you chose. Your email address lets me answer you directly, and a phone number is only requested when you ask for a call or a WhatsApp message.
How it reaches me
When you send the form, your details are passed to Resend, an email delivery service, which sends them to me by email at hello@refineandconnect.com. They are not added to a mailing list, and the form does not sign you up to anything.
Like any website, the service that hosts this site processes technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from misuse.
To stop the form being flooded with automated messages, the site briefly keeps a note of the IP address an enquiry came from, in memory only, and limits how many enquiries can be sent from one address in a short time. It is not stored or used for anything else.
Your information and your choices
You can ask what information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@refineandconnect.com. If you would rather not use the form, you can email me directly instead.
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
